LAST BLOG ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY WRITTING

Well, I want to write about the article “Relation and difference between clinical and forensic report” author Carlos Rodríguez Sutil, located in Revista “Papeles del Psicólogo” (1999) of http://www.papelesdelpsicologo.es/vernumero.asp?id=823.
The purpose of this report is shows the difference between both reports (clinical and forensic). It would be the identification of who is the client of the professional and the break of the rule of confidentiality, that in the case of the forensic area is inevitable, but it is moderated for the relevancy of the contents that are transmitted. There would not be communicable all the knowledge that we have extracted during the interviews, but those atingentes to the case that is carried out in courts.

The aims that they chase these two lines of the psychology, and the language that they use they are not the same, therefore exist variations in the integration and interpretation of the instruments of psychological analysis, though both use the same tools. But the author says that is necessary design instruments of forensic evaluation because those who already exist are not done for the specific utilization of the legal context. In addition it is necessary to check in the juridical context, to observe it application.
I invite you to read this article, because is very interesting. It leaves us clear als differences between these types of reports. This is fundamental when we want to study a career as mine, Psychology. It is necessary to know like they are really the things, to find it similarities and differences, to be able to choose for the correct line.
